Responsibilities:
Communicate with fabric/trim/garment suppliers, regarding style development details, samples follow-up, and delivery lead-times.
Communicate with retail buyers and brand teams, regarding style development details, samples follow-up, and delivery lead-times.
Document samples and swatches (date, pictures, etc.).
In depth evaluation of garments, trims & labels, accessories, and fabrics (strike-offs, lab dips, hand looms, etc.), based on specifications provided to the manufacturer.
Collaborate with the Pattern Maker to ensure fit properties of all samples meet customer standards.
Maintain samples progression charts and calendars updated daily, within our business processes management platform.
Assist Product Development Manager with projects
