Receptionist / Receptionniste (2 positions-20hrs/week & 30hrs/week)

Our customer, a well established Law Firm in Montreal is currently looking for 2 Receptionist to share 50hrs/week
The first position will work from 8AM to 12PM Monday to Friday for a total of 20hrs/week
The second will work from 12PM to 6PM for 30hrs/week
Our customer is offering $17/$18/hr and benefits after 3 months
Their offices are Downtown Montreal and easily accessible by Public transit
 
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to answer incoming calls and transfers to the appropriate individuals 
You will take messages and ensuring that the information is transferred to the right people
Greet customers and advise your colleagues of their arrival
Maintain all board rooms and ensure tidiness and cleanliness
Ensure inventory of office supplies and place orders with suppliers
Receiving of all orders, distribution of office supply and maintenance of photocopy room 
You will ensure kitchen is tidy and well maintained as well as be responsible for all food and beverage orders
You will prepare packages and contact couriers for deliveries
Help with minor administrative tasks 
 
Criteria:
Experience in Customer Service a must
Professional appearance and demeanor
Communication in both official languages
Detail oriented and ability to manage several tasks at once
