POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for providing world-class customer service. Including order processing, new customer set-up, new product overviews, technical support and returns. Ensures that customers are promptly, courteously, and professionally served and their questions and problems effectively resolved. Completes related records, reports, and documentation. Performs miscellaneous sales reporting and clerical duties as required.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the effective performance of customer service functions.
– Ensures that customer orders are received, processed, and shipped in a timely, accurate manner within
established policies and procedures.
– Ensures that customers are properly informed of the status of their orders.
– Ensures that related order documentation is complete and that files are updated and maintained.
– Gathers and summarizes critical customer feedback.
– Maintains and projects the companys professional reputation in all activities.
Responsible for providing effective sales support
–  Ensures excellent customer technical support. Communicates effectively with customers to understand
the nature of their concerns.
– Researches and resolves technical problems.
– Gathers and summarizes customer concerns and complaints. Ensures prompt follow-up and resolution.
– Ensures appropriate customer counseling and education.
– Responsible for forwarding sales and customer leads to appropriate personnel for follow up.
– Provides technical sales support for representatives as needed.
– Participates in the development of technical training as required.
– Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and coordination with company personnel and with management.
– Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
– Bilingual in French and English preferred.
– Strong Organizational Skills.
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
– Knowledge of embriodery procedures an asset
– Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
– Ability to problem solve and work within deadlines.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Extensive computer knowledge, word and excel
