Our client is looking to hire a Lead operations mechanic who will act as the right arm to the COO and be a strong presence on their production floor. This is a key role in their organisation; a chance to work with production, quality, R&D and maintenance. The candidate will also be involved in the management of the plant, their 100 employees, as well as their 2 shifts and the launch of new products.

The mandate will be to oversee the Manufacturing and Maintenance teams and processes to ensure reduced mechanical downtime and improved finished product yields, while at the same time developing and implementing improved operating methods and processes to eliminate manufacturing issues, reduce costs and improve product quality.
