Customer Service Representative

Our fashion industry client is looking for a bright, energetic and fashion savvy CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join their growing team!
The Customer Service Representative supports the Sales team by providing after-sale service and by maintaining strong customer relationships.  The Customer Service Rep will answer product and delivery questions, understand, and anticipate the needs of each customer, suggest other products that are selling well, process orders, and communicate in a timely and effective manner.



– Customer Service by email and telephone
– Merchandise new stock 
– Send customers product information and photos as requested
– Prioritize clients, help to elevate sales
– Receiving merchandise
– Prepare and invoice orders
– Process returns
– Some data entry duties
– Perform all other related activities as required


– Skills in customer service and invoicing
– High school diploma or DCS in fashion marketing
– Bilingual (spoken and written)
– Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word) and Outlook, Visual 2000 a bonus
– Organized, autonomous, able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
– Punctual
