You are an effective communicator

Minimum of 3 years of previous experience within a Call Center experience of 2+ years preferred in an inbound/outbound sales environment

Professional and friendly attitude with superior customer service skills

Ability to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone

Must be sales oriented with a HIGH focus on customer service / experience

Solid team player

This person must be friendly, professional and genuinely interested in the needs of customers

Responsible for selling via the telephone

Make outbound commercial sales calls to renew or extend existing

High School Diploma is Required
