Working with the Accounting and Finance Team
Assist the Finance Manager
Provide backup on other General Ledger and reporting tasks.
Serve as Payroll backup to Finance Manager
Create and monitor all compliance
Administer accounts payable
Create and maintain all management reporting
Perform period inventory audits
Maintain cost of goods to GAAP and owner specifications
Maintenance all master data in the AMS system
Work with Finance Manager to monitor cash flow
Accounts Payable when necessary
Accounts Receivable when necessary
Supply chain reporting
Master data maintenance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent
6 to 8 years of accounting and financial analysis experience
Experience in small, family owned and/or private companies
COMPETENCIES:
High attention to detail Must have a sense of urgency
Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of ERP or other large accounting packages
AMS knowledge preferred
