Entreprise familiale, stable et établie depuis plusieurs années dans l’industrie alimentaire, est à la recherche pour un contrat d’un an d’une Coordonnatrice des ventes pour leur bureau situé à Laval.

Ce que vous devrez faire:

  • Rapports de ventes et graphiques sur Excel
  • Préparer les présentations, PowerPoint ou autre outils visuels
  • Coordination des différents départements
  • Communication avec les clients; internes et externes
  • Facturations et crédits
  • Suivi et plaintes

Ce que vous devez avoir pour appliquer:

  • Être complètement bilingue à l’écrit et à l’oral (90% des clients sont anglophones)
  • Excellente connaissance d’Excel et Powerpoint
  • Connaissance de l’industrie manufacturière, alimentaire un atout majeur*
  • Expérience d’environ 1 ans dans un poste similaire
  • Connaissance d’un CRM ou Sales Force un atout majeur

Family run business, stable and established since several years in the food industry, is looking for a one-year contract for a Sales Coordinator for their office in Laval.

  • Prepare presentations, PowerPoint or other visual tools

  • Invoices and credits
  • Monitoring and Complaints

What you need to apply:

  • Be fully bilingual written and spoken ( French environment)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry, Food an asset*
  • About 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of a CRM or Sales Force a major asset
