The Assistant Designer works with the creative team as well as the production team to create coordinated seasonal collections

Responsibilities:
Support design department with product development solutions 
Develop technical designs with all product specifications including Graphics, Yarn Dyes and Patterns
Prepare Tech Packs
Manage comment sheets and salesman samples
Comment on Lab dips and artwork
Keep swatch book and samples organized
Follow up on all sample requests internally
Communicate with factories and follow up daily to ensure production calendar is maintained

Requirements:
2-3 years of fashion design and production experience
Diploma in Fashion Design
Strong experience on Illustrator and Photoshop
Excellent garment construction knowledge
Bilingual
