Office Assistant

Our Parc Ave fashion importer client is looking for an Office Assistant to add to their growing team!

Greet customers and direct them to the showroom or warehouse for appointments
Set up and clean up after lunch meetings in showroom
Provide administrative support to executives, assist with invoicing when required 
Attend meetings as requested, take detailed notes and relay info.
Personal errands, miscellaneous duties as requested

Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents


Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Self starter with a strong sense of organization, solutions oriented
Commitment to high standards of excellence.
Flexibility to adjust to changing demands and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to represent management well
Discretion, confidentiality and integrity
2-3 years experience in similar position
