Working with the General Manager – You have strong customer service skills and the ability to inspire a team of people to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and fun.

You have tons of energy..LOVE being a Game Referee…You are comfortable working with customers of all ages (6 years old to 80 years old)

You will be available for shift work including Nights / Mornings / Afternoons / Weekends / Weekdays / Holidays…etc.

As the team leader, your responsibilities include supervising people.

Ensuring the staff are motivated and productive in achieving Company standards, while personally setting an example for high standards of service

You will provide outstanding levels of Customer satisfaction and fun.

You will be involved in local marketing of the Center..such as marketing plans and taking responsibility for special projects including attracting specific groups and special promotions.

Complete prospecting and follow-up calls to market the Center to local business, community groups and associations….Holiday Parties..Birthday Parties..Team Building exercises…etc..

You have worked in a supervisory position in the restaurant, retail, service, or entertainment industry for 2-4 years.

Screen potential part-time Employees and conduct interviews.
