We have a big fat hairy goal of being the biggest Recruiting Agency in all categories across the Consumer Goods Industry.  From helping Food & Beverage customers find their employees to helping a candidate find an opportunity in the Home Improvement Products Industry.  We have Recruiters servicing Apparel & Accessories, Food & Beverage, Home Furnishings and Electronics, Beauty & Healthcare, Home Improvement Products and Leisure Goods.

Your Responsibilities:

Look for growing businesses that might be interested to delegate their recruitment process

Solicit these companies by telephone, email and in person 

Book appointments with companies to present our services

Network at trade shows, industry events, fairs, associations and cocktails 

Develop relationships with the local business communities

Initiate the recruitment process by communicating customer expectations effectively to the recruitment team

Work with the recruitment team to build the dashboard and ensure the efficiency of the process 

 

Requirements:

Post Secondary Education

3-5 years experience in business development (Business Services)

Recruitment Agency experience would be an asset

Bilingualism

Results oriented
