Sales Director / Business Development / Directeur de Vente

Reporting to the President, you will determine appropriate sales strategies for the Company. In conjunction with other departments, you will identify ways to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue. You will define long-term strategic goals, identify growth opportunities and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions including competition and trends in the industry. You will be responsible for budgeting, managing distribution relationships and providing leadership to the sales team. 

– Must have a minimum of 7 years proven Sales Management experience within the Retail /  manufacturing industry in Fashion apparel
– Maintain and develop sales within existing retail segments including customer retention and growth
– You will have a post-secondary education in business or marketing with proven leadership skills.
– You will have superior communication, client relation, presentation and negotiation skills.
-Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and CRM systems required.
– Must be flexible to travel across Canada and US. 
– Entrepreneurial mindset, including being self-starting and comfortable with autonomy.
-Have an exciting client base with Majors and Boutiques across Canada
