Our fashion industry client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team. Since they do most of their business in the US, the candidate doesn’t need to be fluently bilingual. They should speak English properly.

Responsibilities:

– Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor
– Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and email
– Maintain contact with sales team, assist them as requested
– After sales support
– Sending and processing computerized data

Requirements:

– Post secondary school diploma
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Strong computer skills (word, excel), able to multi task
– Motivated, energized, results driven personality
– 1-3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the fashion industry
