A recruiting agency, located in the Old Port. We are a small team of 10 amazinnnggg people. Open minded and we don’t like mornings, results oriented, competitors, with one common point : We want to excel in business! The recruiting director will be in charge of business development for the food and consumer goods industries.
The daily accomplishment…
In order to develop those industries, you will have to prospect new clients. Cold calls and networking are the biggest tools, but feel free to try another way to develop business! You will have to look for new businesses that want to delegated us their recruiting process. Sometimes, you will also have to go meet those clients at their offices.
Another way to recruit business and candidates is to attend to events as 5@7, trade show, etc.
Then, you will have to initiate the recruiting process : Explain the mandate to the team and look for good candidates. Finally, you will work closely with the recruiters to build the dashboard.
