Salary: $40,000-$50,000
We are looking for candidates who have:
– Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, design programs a bonus)
– Strong work ethic: Conscientious, takes ownership of work
– Ability to multi-task
You will be working with our clients (Hotel Designers, owners, procurement agents) and the production staff to produce and deliver quality products on time.
THINGS YOU’RE GOING TO DO:
- Contribute to the development of a trusting relationship with clients;
- Advise clients and offer innovative solutions which cater to their needs;
- Create and maintain schedules and workplans for projects you’re in charge of;
- Gather the necessary resources and ease the production team’s decision making process;
- Improve the synergy amongst the members of the different teams involved;
- Negotiate organizational changes in a project (dates, budgets…);
- Contribute to the ongoing improvements of work processes;
- Manage several projects at once;
- Communicate the advancement of a project to clients and teammates, in a clear and effective manner;
- Ensure procedures are enforced to submit and validate deliverables within the planned deadlines;
- Take part in brainstorms in regard to strategic and creative direction.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- More than 3 years of experience as a project manager;
- Strong written and verbal skills;
- Strong organizational skills (being able to handle several accounts/projects at once);
- Leadership, great team worker;
- Capacity to communicate and write in English or French;
- Capacity to adapt to a changing environment;
- Respect for work procedures;
- Extensive knowledge in the process of planning projects;
- Rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, organized and proactive
