Salary: $40,000-$50,000

We are looking for candidates who have:
– Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, design programs a bonus)
– Strong work ethic: Conscientious, takes ownership of work
– Ability to multi-task

You will be working with our clients (Hotel Designers, owners, procurement agents) and the production staff to produce and deliver quality products on time.

THINGS YOU’RE GOING TO DO:

Contribute to the development of a trusting relationship with clients;
Advise clients and offer innovative solutions which cater to their needs;
Create and maintain schedules and workplans for projects you’re in charge of;
Gather the necessary resources and ease the production team’s decision making process;
Improve the synergy amongst the members of the different teams involved;
Negotiate organizational changes in a project (dates, budgets…);
Contribute to the ongoing improvements of work processes;
Manage several projects at once;
Communicate the advancement of a project to clients and teammates, in a clear and effective manner;
Ensure procedures are enforced to submit and validate deliverables within the planned deadlines;
Take part in brainstorms in regard to strategic and creative direction.

DESIRED SKILLS:

More than 3 years of experience as a project manager;
Strong written and verbal skills;
Strong organizational skills (being able to handle several accounts/projects at once);
Leadership, great team worker;
Capacity to communicate and write in English or French;
Capacity to adapt to a changing environment;
Respect for work procedures;
Extensive knowledge in the process of planning projects;
Rigorous, autonomous, resourceful, organized and proactive
