Our Chabanel based client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to add to their growing team!
Requirements:
Basic Graphic design knowledge (InDesign an asset)
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
Interest in the fashion industry / marketing area
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word

Responsibilities:
Support seasonal marketing initiatives
Tracks and updates marketing materials inventory levels – Coordinates reorders when needed
Coordinates social media calendar to be reviewed weekly – manages posts and comments
Coordinates website content population
Assist with retailer and sales representatives’ requests
Assists in creating line book artwork
Assist in budget control by ensuring all marketing purchase orders and project folders are up to date
Responsible for tracking marketing samples with other divisions
Assist in photoshoot planning and execution
Responsible for all advertising and marketing materials for in-store fitting events
Assists with planning and executing all tradeshow marketing initiatives.
