Industry Sector: Fashion

Main Duties: 
1.  Place orders with overseas makers, ensure that purchase orders are complete and error free.
2. Ensure quality production and troubleshoot the issues when they occur.
3. Coordinate with the design and fitting department in order to ensure that production deadlines are met.
4. Communicate regularly with manufacturer ensuring smooth running of orders. Close follow up with sample approval and production.
5. Communicate with customer, follow up on sample approvals, salesmen samples, photo shoot samples.
6. Work closely with the traffic department and shipping department to ensure goods are delivered timely to the customer.

Criteria:
1. Minimum 2 years experience working for a fashion importer that sells to major retailers 
2. Strong follow up skills, organized, efficient, attention to detail.
3. Able to multi task and work under pressure of strict deadlines.
