Our customer, a Branded high end distributor of lingerie is looking for a talented Senior Customer Service Coordinator to add to their team.  In this role you will use your your strong problem solving skills to handle all customers issues before they escalate as well as use your strong organisational skills to respond to their inquires via emails, live chats, inquiries and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner. You’ll also be given the chance to implement best practices in the department that you have learned throughout your career.
