Our client, a leading importer of womens sportswear, is looking for an experienced Pad Patternmaker to join their work family.
Responsibilities:

- Determine specifications, measurements, sewing instructions and styling in order to create patterns on Pad system.
- Coordination to have samples created in house
- Lead fit sessions to ensure accurate measurement and send comments back to sample creation
- Create and modify specification sheets.
- Work in collaboration with design and production teams.
- Continuously follow up with Production to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
- Perform grading
- Help Quality Control Coordinator in-house when needed and possible
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in womens sportswear is a must.
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Experienced with Pad
- Great eye for detail
- Ease with MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Bilingual
- Organized
- Ability to respond quickly when issues arise
