Located in Ville Saint-Laurent, our client, a pharmaceutical company is looking for a inside sales rep to join his team. If you’re skilled on the phone and your capacity to close a sale is above average, this position is for you!

This company offer a  base salary and a lucrative commission. The structure of the commission offer the possibility to double the base salary. They also offer all the benefits! If you want to work in a growing company with a employment stability, this position is for you.

Responsibilities :

– Sales and Business development:

  • Outbound calls  – reach your sales and calls objectives
  • Manage your account and insure to give the services your clients need
  • Identify every opportunities to up sales
  • Prospecting new clients

– Coordination and support :

  • Work closely with the rep on the road and exchange expertise, strategies, etc.
  • Follow the orders and insure a tight follow up
  • Be proactive

– Travelling :

  • 1 to 3 week per years, you will visit your clients in the US and/or assist to trade shows

Requirements :
– Solid experiences in corporate sales or in a call centre
– Comfortable doing Cold calls
– Excellent skills in communication
– Good knowledge of Word Office environment
– Experience with Syspro (an asset)
