– Sales and Business development:
- Outbound calls – reach your sales and calls objectives
- Manage your account and insure to give the services your clients need
- Identify every opportunities to up sales
- Prospecting new clients
– Coordination and support :
- Work closely with the rep on the road and exchange expertise, strategies, etc.
- Follow the orders and insure a tight follow up
- Be proactive
– Travelling :
- 1 to 3 week per years, you will visit your clients in the US and/or assist to trade shows
– Solid experiences in corporate sales or in a call centre
– Comfortable doing Cold calls
– Excellent skills in communication
– Good knowledge of Word Office environment
– Experience with Syspro (an asset)
