• Responsibilities:
• Professionally manage the day to day production schedule – product output and quality.
• Oversee, manage, and train production team.
• Manage sewing contractors and vendors.
• Liaison with sales and respond to shipping and production inquiries.
• Purchase fabric, inspect fabric quality, & keep track of fabric inventory.
• Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous.
• Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for merchandising/design.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in apparel production and sourcing;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and some knowledge of Adobe products
• Requirements: .     
• MUST have advanced knowledge in domestic & import production
• MUST have knowledge in pattern and garment construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong follow up skills.
• Proficient in Outlook & Excel.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, & detail oriented.

Must be able to lead a team of production coordinators, tech pack department and knowledge of all production requirements and overseas communication
