Our client, a Montreal based fashion wholesaler, is looking for a smart, dynamic and hard working Warehouse Manager with extensive experience in running a 3rd party warehouse. Experience in shipping and logistics processes is a necessity.

Job description:

Receive, sort and send customer price tickets to overseas vendors

Prepare documentation for exports to the US

Prepare CCI’s

Enter customer orders, take customer calls, repeats, RA’s, etc.

Prepare customer worksheets with sku info, upc etc (R2008 for The Bay, Item forms for wal-Mart)

Create styles in Momentis (private label)

Prepare/input shipping manifest for small parcel shipments (Fedex, Canpar)

Verify and approve warehouse and transport bills

Receive EDI orders, send EDI transmissions (ASN, 810)

Issue pick slips and send to warehouse for pick-pack-ship

Arrange transport for delivery

Enter shipment info on customer portals (Amazon, Costco, Reitmans)

Print MH10 labels for major’s shipments (The Bay, Wal-Mart, Sears)

Order or print price tickets as required

Schedule and instruct warehouse work/re-work: ticketing, repairs, pressing

Prepare incoming in-trasnsit shipments in Momentis

Track and update traffic information – ETA’s etc – in Momentis

Get receiving count from warehouse and complete receiving in Momentis

Insure style inspections are made on bulk shipments, arrange sample trasfer

 
    
Requirements:
    

Experience using Momentis, EDI, Retail Link. Strong knowledge of word and excel.

Strong knowledge of shipping and logistics processes

Strong knowledge of customs requirements (China as well as Europe)

Excellent verbal communications skill in French & English

Excellent supervisory skills

Strong process/quality control knowledge

Problem solving abilities

7-10 years’ work experience in shipping and logistics.
