Customer Service & Administration Manager

Looking for a mid-level customer service person with strong admin skills, multi-tasker, inventory and basic accounting skills. This person would also need to assist in preparing client shipments and ad-hoc projects in the warehouse, as well as help with general office management and supplies.
  
This position is to develop and help manage all customer service activities in the national and international markets in order to obtain profitable and sustainable growth.

   Responsibilities
-Order Entry: creates the new items in the company’s inventory system and enters all vendor purchase orders in order to accurately reflect the units coming in.
-Customer Sales Order 
-coordinate the transferring and picking of inventory between each warehouse and instructs the US warehouse regarding the picking of US orders.
-Responsible for that all inventory numbers in the system are accurate, prepares and documents adjustments and credit notes 
-Coordinating with the warehouse manager and other administrative personnel, 
-CS will support the sales & marketing team in regards to merchandising of the show room, sample management and trade shows, as required.
  
 
  
   Requirements: 
-3-5 years experience
-College or Bachelor’s degree
-Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent English oral and written skills. Good French written skills and third languages are a plus.
-Basic accounting knowledge. Excellent in Excel, Word, Outlook and very comfortable with systems. Knowledge of Simply Sage is a plus…
-Ability to plan and forecast.
-Strong operational problem solving and analytical skills in a time sensitive, quality oriented and pressured work environment. Demonstrated ability to multi-task as well as to delegate with efficiency
