Our Montreal based fashion importer is looking for a Customer Service Representative to add to their growing team!
Responsibilities:
Answer customer and sales representatives’ requests while providing excellent customer service
Maintaining solid customer relationship by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Entering orders taken via phone, email, fax or from Sales Representatives
Up selling in season current inventory
Issuing RA’s
Order and Account maintenance
Maintaining solid customer relationship by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

Qualifications:
Full understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel
Knowledge of Momentis (an asset)
Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service/data entry in the Apparel sector
Fluently Bilingual (English & French)
Excellent communication and interaction skills
Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
Extensive customer service experience with proven skills in conflict resolution (2-3 years)
Effective communication skills in both written and verbal, with superior telephone technique skills
Confidence in interacting with sales force and external clients
Proven ability to prioritize and organize with meticulous follow up skills.
Knowledge of Momentis (an asset)
