E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator

Our client, manufacturer of clothing and accessories for babies and kids, is looking for a bright, versatile and experienced E-Commerce Customer Service person to add to their growing team!

The ideal candidate will be at the center of all the action, taking charge of guiding customers through their orders via email, live chat, social media messages, marketplace messages and the good old reliable telephone. Our client will use the feedback, observations, and trends this person notices in their day to day interactions with their customers. They want your input and feedback to ensure that every customer leaves feeling like their interaction with you was seamless, easy and they had all of their questions answered. 

Requirements:
Fluent in both French & English (spoken and written)
Love helping people and customer service oriented
Comfortable speaking over the phone
Love working as a team
Experience in retail, customer service or E-commerce
Experience using the Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Capable of handling high pressure during peak season
Available during retail high season periods
Experience with Shopify (or any E-commerce CMS) and ShipStation is an asset
Experience with marketplace (Amazon or Hudson’s Bay) is an asset
Experience with social media communication (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is an asset
Knowledge in children’s fashion is an asset
