Social Media Coordinator
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging and growing the brand online, as well as tracking its presence and reach. It is required that you have a solid understanding of social media analytics and perform growth hacking strategies to further develop the brand online and offline.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for the following tasks: 
-Developing a monthly blog calendar aligned with monthly social media calendar, current events, holidays, etc.;
-Content creation including copywriting, image creation/sourcing & publishing through native platforms as well as other 3rd party tools for
-Blog (minimum 5 posts per week) , Tumblr, Pinterest, Youtube
-Monitor engagement across respective social channels and engage in conversations/encourage interactions;
-With the Social Media Manager, identify influencers through a 3rd party for campaign launches and execute influencer programs/events;
-Develop micro influencer strategy and maintain influencer/blogger relationships as well as coordinate shipping, packages, etc.;
-Assist Social Media Manager on special projects;
-Monthly reporting for respective Social platforms & recommendations;
-Reporting on a per-campaign basis;
-Working with Graphics and Marketing teams to support initiatives and develop new ideas;

  • Diploma in Marketing or related field of study;
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in graphic design, photography, video a must;
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and bring ideas to the table;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative and accuracy;
  • Bilingual (English/French) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Ability to foster teamwork and contribute in a team environment;
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications;
