Salary: 32,000
hours: 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday
Location: Montreal, Point Aux Trembles
Specific Skills:
• 1-4 years of customer service experience
• Independently process all incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone and e-mail within set quality standards
• Handle claims, returns and credits in close coordination with our logistics service provider
• Manage customer information and data i.e. create and maintain a customer database
• Determine customer needs through active listening and effective questioning
• Become an expert on our products and stay up-to-date on product information
• Handle other administrative tasks e.g. office mail, coordinate courier services, etc.
Light bookkeeping responsibilities include: Bookkeeping
QUALIFICATIONS
• years’ office support and direct accounting experience preferred
• Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office are required
• Fluent in oral and written French and English
• Handle other administrative tasks e.g. office mail, coordinate courier services, etc.
• Committed, ambitious, energetic & enthusiastic
• Strong multitasking skills
