Description 

• Responsible for order timeline management and delivery date
• Following up on Pro-forma invoice, sample approvals, Quality Control Support and Lab Testing approvals
• Communicating with Qingdao office to ensure timely orders
• Managing order timeline from product inquiry stage to delivery to the customer to ensure on time delivery
• Maintaining ‘on order’ spreadsheets
• Communicating with customers to follow up on product approvals (i.e. P.P Samples/T.O.P Sample
• Experience working in fashion jewelry industry
• Understanding the manufacturing processes of fashion jewelry
• Awareness of order timeline and critical milestones to be achieved
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Bilingual
• Ability to manage priorities according to deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
