This food manufacturing company has been growing for more than 45 years, acquiring new plants, developing new products and expanding their customers base all around the world in retail, manufacturing and foodservice.
They have a great plant in Caraquet looking to add a leader to their 300 employees and 10 supervisors.
This is a day shift, Monday to Friday, with overtime during the peak season.
We are looking for somebody that will enjoy building a strong culture, being a leader and working continually on the process and procedures to improve the work of the plant.
