Responsibilities included but are not limited to;
- Learn about all products, services & procedures in detail.
- Handle with the efficiency & professionalism accounts & territory assigned
- Answer via email/ phone customer requests in a timely manner
- Work closely with colleagues & external sales team to satisfy customers needs.
Criteria;
- Must have minimum a Bachelors degree
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service in consumer goods/ fashion industry.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English & French
- Must be a team player & have the company’s objectives in mind at all times
- Must be able to work in a busy fast paced environment & be able to handle stress effectively
