Responsibilities included but are not limited to;

  • Learn about all products, services & procedures in detail.
  • Handle with the efficiency &  professionalism accounts & territory assigned
  • Answer via email/ phone  customer requests in a timely manner 
  • Work closely with colleagues & external sales team to satisfy customers needs. 
Criteria; 
  • Must have minimum a Bachelors degree
  • Must have a  minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service in  consumer goods/ fashion industry. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English & French
  • Must be a team player & have the company’s objectives in mind at all times 
  • Must be able to work in a busy fast paced environment & be able to handle stress effectively
