Our client, a leading importer of home fashions (bedroom, bathroom and kitchen accessories) is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

– Assist Sales Manager in product development
– Research for newness on line and in stores
– Prepare price quote sheets
– Order placement
– Order tracking
– Sample, strike off and lab dip approvals
– Set up showroom for sales presentations
– Spreadsheets (for collections, sales, order tracking)
– Prepare power point presentations
– Communication daily with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
– Communication with buyers via email and zoom meetings
– Sourcing of merchandise
– Review of packaging artwork for approvals
– Costings
 
Requirements:
 
– SAP knowledge
– Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
