SALES REPRESENTATIVE 
SALARY: BASE + COMM

Job Functions

• Solicit the company’s products to retail/wholesale buyers
• Meet and communicate with potential buyers on a regular basis
• Identify and target prospective customers
• Respond to customer inquiries on products, prices and availability
• Recommend products to customers based their on needs and interests; provide samples and catalogs
• Negotiate and develop contracts, warranties and provide after sale support
• Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products and prices
• Ensure that the company is up-to-date with latest products and trends
• Prepare quarterly sales budgets and sales records

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have fabric experience – knit experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills (English and French)
• Comfortable with travelling
• Great negotiator; strong sales skills
• Dynamic and well-connected
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy
