- Prepare all outgoing mail and courrier packages
- Receive and distribute all incoming mail and courrier packages
- Process telephone/ fax orders from customers
- Customer service
- Verifying printed orders
- Invoicing Orders
- Maintain filing
- Other assigned general administration duties as necessary
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Ability to communicate in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Database Management
- Excellent customer service skills
