RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximize performance in collaboration with regional sales teams 
  • Asses, develop and track KPIs 
  • Align customer strategy with brand strategy resulting in effective/efficient promotions & retail sales;
  • Generate new and creative ideas to drive business and overcome business hurdles;
  • Implement and communicate annual retail plans to all Regional Directors for Canada and US teams;
  • Implement and communicate strategically-aligned retail plans and budgets to meet regional financial objectives;
  • Provide input into organizational reviews as well as team development and 
  • Travel within Canada and US as required

  
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successful track record in customer service, operations and merchandising
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of retail operating systems
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, as required   
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and initiatives that achieve financial performance and operational targets;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Email software such as MS Outlook;
  • Bilingual (English/French)
