Retail Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maximize performance in collaboration with regional sales teams
- Asses, develop and track KPIs
- Align customer strategy with brand strategy resulting in effective/efficient promotions & retail sales;
- Generate new and creative ideas to drive business and overcome business hurdles;
- Implement and communicate annual retail plans to all Regional Directors for Canada and US teams;
- Implement and communicate strategically-aligned retail plans and budgets to meet regional financial objectives;
- Provide input into organizational reviews as well as team development and
- Travel within Canada and US as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successful track record in customer service, operations and merchandising
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
- Highly developed time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of retail operating systems
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies and initiatives that achieve financial performance and operational targets;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Email software such as MS Outlook;
- Bilingual (English/French)
