Job Description:
Responsible for creating first patterns (Lectra) from initial design concept
Work in close relation with the design team to ensure the samples will be done the best way that meets customers’ needs.
Work closely with sample room and sample makers to create initial prototypes and make change when necessary.
Attend fit meetings and make any corrections and modifications to original pattern as required.
Communicate with overseas makers to ensure fits are corrected and approved prior to production.
  
Job requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years experience of Lectra pattern making women’s apparel
Great knowledge of fit process in different garment categories including tshirts, leggings, woven pants, hoodies, sweaters.
Quick understanding of technical sketches
Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of Lectra patternmaking
Capable of creating, perfecting and maintaining measurement tables
Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
Aware of current fashion trends
Able to work in a fast past environment
