We are looking for an experienced plant manager for directing, managing, and controlling all manufacturing operations of the plant with overall responsibilities for successful delivery of product to our customers. This role entails full responsibility for the plant’s production, cost controls, maintenance, and all other operation-related activities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure to deliver are a must. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned seafood industry management veteran with a vast and deep routed industry network of fishermen, agents, associations, suppliers, buyers, manufacturers etc.
