Main Duties: 
1. Order entry, ensure that all information is correct and precise
2. Invoicing for shipments that are leaving the warehouse
3. Ensure that purchase orders are moving through the proper channels and that shipments are leaving the warehouse on time with no errors on paperwork.

4. Assorted administrative duties, customer service


1. Minimum 2-4 years working for a fashion company in invoicing, customer service and order entry, able to work quickly and efficiently
2. Ability to spot errors and rectify them quickly so as to avoid penalties.
3. Must be organized, efficient and able to work under strict deadlines. Computer literate.
