Main Duties: 
1. Order entry, ensure that all information is correct and precise

2. Customer service – deal with road reps as well as receive incoming customer service related calls
3. Invoicing for shipments that are leaving the warehouse
4. Ensure that purchase orders are moving through the proper channels and that shipments are leaving the warehouse on time with no errors on paperwork.

5. Assorted administrative duties


1. Minimum 2-3 years working for a fashion company in customer service and order entry, able to work quickly and efficiently

2. Fluently bilingual

3. Experience with EDI and Visual 2000 considered a bonus
4. Ability to spot errors and rectify them quickly so as to avoid penalties.
5. Must be organized, efficient and able to work under strict deadlines.
