The right candidate will be involved with the following;
- Lease management & retail partnership agreements
- All business contracts made with suppliers, employees etc.
- The management & maintenance of Intellectual Property portfolio
- Legal Aspects of the company’s marketing events
- Managing & updating all corporate insurances
- Organisation & managing litigation, governmental and regulatory matters;
If you have the following qualifications this could be the right career move for you!
- Diploma in paralegal studies ore 5 years of relevant legal training in corporate law or a similar role.
- Bilingual, proactive & possess an excellent command of the English & French language.
- Enjoy handling many different projects
You have a diploma in paralegal studies or any other relevant legal training paired with 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate law in a similar position. In addition, if you are bilingual, autonomous, like getting involved in different mandates and work in several areas of business law, have a good sense of organisation and are a team player, you are the person we are looking!!
