Our client, a leading accessories brand in Canada, is looking for a Digital Social Media Coordinator that shares their passion for fashion. Located in Saint-Laurent, this company offers outstanding benefits and a casual dress code.
The Digital Media Coordinator will help develop, implement, track and optimize the social media and digital advertising activities of all social media outlets and brands within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing conversations, meetings and follow-ups with regional digital/social team members to ensure online brand activities, engagement and alignment are upheld globally
- Create short-form visual and ad copy for social media: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories/Watch, Instagram Stories/Reels
- Create, track and update paid social media and digital ad campaigns
- Upkeep social media and advertising calendar
- Ensure social posts and replies are attended to in a timely fashion
- Provide social media analytics reporting and analysis on a regular basis
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Lead Content Creator to ensure department marketing efforts are aligned
- Collaborate with internal graphic team and external agencies to create impactful visuals
- Evaluate emerging technologies to implement strategies that enhance the user experience and optimize ad spend
- Provide additional photography/video content creation support as needed
- Ensure graphic assets are filed according to department standards
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Digital Media, social media, Marketing or Communications
- Strong writing and editorial skills (mostly in English)
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organized records with attention to detail
- Direct experience and advanced knowledge of:
- Social media posting, advertising and analytics
- Digital advertising platforms (i.e. Google Ads)
- Knowledge or experience of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite or WordPress a plus
