The Graphic Designer is responsible for implementing the brand vision, look and feel across all elements of packaging, catalogues, as well as promotional & trade opportunities. This position presents concepts to support the vision for several brands; as well as plans and executes product packaging,promotional material, mailers, marketing packages, trade show imagery, and manages web/social platforms. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the design and sales and marketing staff to bring flair, vision, fluidity, and consistency to the company’s graphic image.
 
Required Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:
Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential.
Ability to work independently is imperative as well as ability to work within a team while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel. Experience with graphic design programs and concept-to-print commercial print experience. Candidate must be comfortable with key technologies to create, download and send artwork to vendors and partners.  Strong interpersonal skills.
Team player and capable of thinking outside the box.
Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread marketing materials.
Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Ability to make sound, timely, and accurate judgment while supporting reasoning for decisions.
Excellent writing skills including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.
Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally. 
 
Education and Experience:
Exceptional knowledge of the latest Adobe Creative Suite
2-4 years minimum related experience required.
Perfectly bilingual, Strong English and French, both in oral and written. Translation skills are a plus.
Experience coordinating projects, developing project plans and completing projects on time.
Consumer packaged goods background preferred but not required.
