Your Responsibilities:
- Look for growing businesses that might be interested to delegate their recruitment process
- Solicit these companies by telephone, email and in person
- Book appointments with companies to present our services
- Network at trade shows, industry events, fairs, associations and cocktails
- Develop relationships with the local business communities
- Initiate the recruitment process by communicating customer expectations effectively to the recruitment team
- Work with the recruitment team to build the dashboard and ensure the efficiency of the process
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Education
- 3-5 years experience in business development (Business Services)
- Recruitment Agency experience would be an asset
- Bilingualism
- Results oriented
