Main Duties: 
1. Trend Research, presentation boards & CADS
2. Make detailed sketches and technical sketches, prepare and complete tech packs to send to overseas makers 
3. Prepare story boards and line sheets for the sales team 
4. Daily communication with overseas makers to follow up on sample development from A-Z
5. Participate in fit sessions, offer input to improve fit and quality of garment
6. Approve all samples prior to production. Trouble shoot as necessary
 
 
Criteria:
1. Must have minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a fast fashion designer / merchandiser
2. Must have experience working with overseas makers for product development and sample approvals
3. Must be very strong on Photoshop and Illustrator
4. Able to work independently as well as in a team, able to multi-task
5. Must be able to make decisions quickly, work efficiently & be a team player
