Our client located in Anjou (Mtl) is looking for a Plant Director for their food plant! They are specialized in prepared meals, especially Italian meals. 

They offer a constantly improving environment with a team of 3 engineers, a very recent and automated factory in order to have a completely 2.0 factory.
You will have to manage operations involving several shifts, 3 directors, 4 supervisors and several food processing departments.

You will have to use your skills in order to be very involved in the management of KPIs, profits & loss and the various projects.

They want to continue growing, automating and improving their procedures/operations and for that, they need your expertise in food processing!
