Our fashion retailer client is looking for a Senior Graphic Artist to join their rapidly growing team!! If you are a trendy guy or gal, and if you are in tune with the social and fashion trends, this could be just the opportunity for you!
The lucky candidate will be working in the apparel division of the company, and the focus will be on prints and screens. 
 
In the role of the Senior Graphic Artist, you will work collaboratively with the graphic team, design department and report to the Graphic Manager. Our client is looking for a candidate who is a talented artist and team player, who has a passion for fashion!
 
Responsibilities:

• Researching and developing emerging graphic concepts and trends;
• Strong merchandising eye for color and putting together collections;
• Collaborating in a team environment and having positive outlook;
• Strong graphic knowledge in illustrator and photoshop;
• Experience in developing repeat patterns and screens based on current trends;
• Delegating graphics and following up with a team of artists in an efficient and clean manner;
• Maintaining knowledge of sales and reacting accordingly with new designs;
• Collaborating well with all co-workers in the graphic and design department;
• Strong knowledge in graphic production is preferable.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ work experience in a relevant role;
• Strong graphic knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop;
• Experience in the garment industry is preferable;
• Bilingual, with strong spoken and written communication skills in English;
• Great organizational skills and a keen attention to detail a must;
• Ability to foster teamwork and contribute in a team environment;
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking, time-management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to prioritize.
• Passionate, creative and loves fashion would be an asset.
• Strong knowledge in graphic production is preferable.
