Description:
- Recoloring and creating prints and artistic graphics.
- Develop brand through product branding, and participate in marketing launch.
- Assist design team with conducting research and development for new collections.
- Assist design team with conducting research and development for new collections.
- Assist and maintain cads, fabric cards and line sheets regularly.
- Prepare presentation, samples, catalogs, and packages for sales team with the designer.
- Assist in fit sessions, communicate with makers on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the designers to send approvals and comments overseas on a daily basis.
- Work with fit technician and designer to ensure consistency of fit and sample accuracy through various sample stages.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of knit and woven fabrics, especially knitwear.
- Experience with Illustration and photoshop drawing.
- 1-3 years of experience in the industry.
- Mastery of recoloring and creation of prints and artistic graphics.
- Knowledge of garment construction and deconstruction.
- Aware of the latest fashion trends.
- Experience with clothing fittings is important.
- Experience in product development with China is an asset.
- Experience with retail and buying processes is an asset.
- Skilled in negotiations.
- Bilingual.
- Organized and quick to execute.
