Located on the south shore our client is looking for a customer service specialist to serve our global customer base. This young, growing company provides a healthy work environment & promotes team work.
Main duties:
– Daily Communication via telephone/ email to customers
– Keep clients up to date concerning their order status, changes, delays etc.
– Give support to the sales team
– Administrative duties
– Handle with professionalism customer complaints before they escalate
Qualifications:
– Strong oral and written communications skills in English and French
– Relevant experience as a similar position
– Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
– Strongs skills with Excel, Word and Access
