Customer service representative 

They are looking to offer a stimulating work environment, friendly co-workers and opportunities to grow within their renowned pharmaceutical company. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 10am to 7pm and Friday from 10am to 5:45pm. Because it’s located in Ville St-Laurent, there’s free parking and is easily accessible by public transit (yes, the bus stops right in front of the building). 


Your responsibilities:
You will mainly be responsible for supporting the Sales team with their customer’s requests, place orders for customers, print packaging slip for shipping, do follow ups on shipping, process orders for US Wholesalers, verify inventory in stock & provide tracking details for dropships. 


You will also be responsible for recording all customer complaints, communicate with the Technical Support department for compounding inquiries, answer the flow of incoming calls, greet visitors, check messages and emails and direct to the appropriate personnel


  • Minimum Cegep or College degree.
  • Excellent communication skills required 
  • Experience working in a call center and/or a pharmacy (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Spanish (an asset)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
