Our client’s Marketing & Monetization Team is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager focused on Customer Retention and Growth.

 

You will provide and advanced segmentation analyses to increase our daily active users by preventing churn and reactivating lapsed players.potential customers.

 

You will also perform model builds, A/B tests, forecasting, spend optimization and ad hoc analyses focused on acquisition and retention.  

 

The right person for this role has exceptional analytical abilities (must have experience using an advanced analytics tool such as R, Python, SQL, Tableau)

 

You will deliver actionable insights, have a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency and can work independently.  

 

Produce advanced segmentation analyses using online and offline data using Advanced Analytic tools such as R, Python, SQL for retention and key drivers

 

Use existing (and build new) predictive models 

 

Produce and deliver actionable insights

 

Ensure that marketing campaigns are optimized 

 

Qualifications

 

5+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment

 

Retention/Acquisition focused analytics experience is a must, Games Industry is preferred

 

Bachelor’s degree required, major or emphasis in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a top-tier university a plus.  

 

Masters strongly preferred.

 

Exceptional analytical abilities and high proficiency with R/Python/SQL, Tableau or other BI and/or data visualization tools, Excel and PowerPoint

 

Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics preferred

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization

 

A high sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task
